About The Pros Pros™

Who we are, why we exist, and how we're changing the game.

Our Origin Story

The Pros Pros was the idea of 9 residents of the Al Cannon Detention Center based upon their own lived experiences. When allowable, each will hold equity in the company.

450+ people have taken our free prison class in Charleston. Of the 74 who have been released, none has returned to prison so far (SC 5-year average: 75%).

They wanted to find a way to easily scale the opportunity they were receiving by being in the class, and they wanted to get it to the youth in their own communities. This is what we call "Solutions Unknown" generated via Lived Experiences.

A Different Kind of Model

The Pros Pros™ is a for-profit entity, by design:

A

It is built to be sustained by sponsorship, not annual donations.

B

It believes it can survive on sponsorships.

C

If it ever does have free cashflows, it wants to do even more good by supporting the pro-bono work of SovereignOS.world that works to help individuals, families, and communities regain their Sovereignty, Autonomy, and Prosperity.

Who signs up

Accounts are for adults 18 and older — parents, guardians, teachers, counselors and mentors — who lead sessions with young people. The adult signs in, starts a session, and walks through it with the young people in the room. Young people take part in the session without an account of their own.

Ask a Pro (coming soon) will send questions to the approved Pros School the adult chooses: two-year community/technical colleges, four-year colleges and universities, and trade, beauty, culinary and online schools.

Why it Works

When a teacher says, "become a financial planner," it's noise. When their favorite star says "this is my financial planner, I can't survive without them, and here is how they got their job"—it clicks.

Innovate to Graduate

Using the remarkable "Innovate to Graduate" syllabus created by Jenn Whittle, that forms the basis to the SovereignOS.world, The Pros Pros™ helps young people discover the knowledge and paths behind real careers.

Supported by free, accessible learning modules, The Pros Pros™ turns idolization into inspiration, inspiration into innovation, and innovation into careers.
