Greatness Depends on The Crew
Meet the pros behind the stars
The pros behind the stars teach. Young people learn the careers — and the path into them.
71 live sessions start January 5, 2027.
Training the next generation of professionals behind sports, entertainment, and culture.
Mission
To help young people see the real careers behind the athletes and entertainers they admire, and the paths into them.
Vision
A world where sports and entertainment serve not just as inspiration, but as a doorway to real, reachable careers for young people who love the culture.
Who signs up
Accounts are for adults 18 and older — parents, guardians, teachers, counselors and mentors — who lead sessions with young people. The adult signs in, starts a session, and walks through it with the young people in the room. Young people take part in the session without an account of their own.
Ask a Pro (coming soon) will send questions to the approved Pros School the adult chooses: two-year community/technical colleges, four-year colleges and universities, and trade, beauty, culinary and online schools.
Ask young people who they want to be, and many point to the screen: the athlete, the artist, the star. Less than 1% of people become pro athletes or world-famous celebrities, but every star depends on a crew.
We need to stop fighting their dreams and start using those dreams as a catalyst for real, scalable change.
The Pros Behind Every Success
Behind every star — athlete, singer, actor, artist — is a team of people they can't succeed without. In each webinar, they bring one of those essential people on stage, introduce them, explain why they matter, and let them share what their profession does, how they got into it, and the education you need to follow the same path.
Bring Your Pro
Know a pro behind a star? Nominate them to be featured in a webinar.
Each pro is introduced by a special guest, then shares their story, what the work involves and the path into it. Access is only through an adult 18+ or an approved facilitator (school, YMCA, etc.), who brings the live webinars to the young people they lead, and the questions those young people submit through them compete to be asked live. Individuals and homeschool families join free; facilitators $49/yr.
